I saw an earlier thread and heard Fish talking a bit about snow in Fargo, and some expected in MSP today.

We had a high of 50 yesterday and our low was in the mid 30s, but we had 35-45 mph winds and gusts up to 60, and they are expecting the same today but with lower temps.

I SWEAR driving to Target yesterday I saw little white things floating in the air. Not just one or two, but many. No stickies, but it was enough to make me sigh and realize that 3 weeks before this time last year, we'd already had our first snow (on AndressFrank's wedding weekend).

Sigh. Here we go. Pulling out the long johns this afternoon. Already bought those sock monkey footie pajamas.

The subject of this thread put dirty thoughts in my head.

They were calling for snow here earlier this week, but it didn't come and we're in the 60s and 70s.  I'll take it.

That's why I'll never live anywhere where it snows. I'll keep my 80-degree weather, thanks. Snow just sucks.

It is already 66 degrees here in Boston, four days away from November. WTH?

New England weather. If you don't like it, just wait 5 minutes until it changes again.

Thats crazy to think a lot of you guys have snow already. Its just incredibly sticky hot here. Around 80 degrees.

We've got some!  Nothing that stuck to the ground at all, but it's raining big wet snow/rain flakes/drops.

I completely agree with Seshat! It snowed 2 times last winter and while I enjoyed it, I got over it pretty quickly. I would enjoy actual fall weather though. This 80* business has outstayed its welcome. I have a feeling Thanksgiving will be celebrated in summer clothes.

Its going to be in the 70s and 80s again today. I hope it stays that way for at least another 31 days. Lows might be 55 of Friday. I'm kind of excited about that so I can wear my new long sleeved shirt to bootcamp. 

I kind of want to see snow again this year, though. We had it one day in Jan. last year and it rocked.

The radar map during the weather had the ominous pink and white that means snow this morning, but nowhere near us.

I do love snow though.  I don't think I coudl live in a place where it never snowed.

It's just wet and gross in Fargo.  Which is awesome, because when the snow does get here, it will all freeze, and I'll get to report on traffic accidents... which is my FAVORITE (not).

White flakes make me think of dandruff, so I probably wouldn't have opened the thread. Dandruff is gross.

As it was, I also thought dirty stuff and was intrigued, so I thought I'd check it out. I too am a SB perv.

2.  I have the air conditioning on right now.  I hate thi sheat wave, but I'll take it over snow.  WTF, weather gods?

Bring it on! I freaking love the snow That's why I'm having a winter wedding in the snow though. Our mountains have been getting dumped on these past few days, just lots and lots of rain here though. They're predicting ski/snowboard season to start before Thanksgiving because of La Nina, I couldn't be happier!
