I just started looking at the boards on here and saw there was one for Snarky Brides. My first thought was Oh thank gawd they have a place for me!

So I wanted to say hi to everyone and introduce myself since it seems that many of you have known each other a while.

I'm Shan,
I'm 33, getting remarried, have 3 girls, 15-9-8 whom I spoil rotten(when they deserve it) A dog and cat who ARE spoiled rotten(they don't deserve it) and an awesome Fiancée that puts up with it all. I currently don't work due to a pretty nasty car accident I was in last Sept, but I'm itchin to be doing something, hopefully soon.

well, I know what snarky is and what bitchy is, and I can do both, so ya, pretty sure I can hold my own. I put the ticker up because I thought it was cute, don't really care if it bugs people that I'm on this site a whole year an a half ahead of my wedding. Its something I enjoy so I'm gonna do it.
And yes, if I find someone interesting I'll introduce myself to them, I'm also the kind of gal that goes up to random men and tells them they have a nice ass.


Is this enough of an initiation for you?

Huh, I thought it was a unisex word, or at least its used that way in conversation. Good to know.

As for creepy lurkers, I'm almost tempted to leave it up just for the giggles to see who'd want to waste time on stalking me but you make a decent point.

As for the fiancee thing, maybe we're just too liberal or white trash here in Portland but its not uncommon at all to introduce the person your engaged to as your fiancee. Such as, hi my name is Sherri and this is my fiancee Craig. Craig obviously having a penis, and Sherri not having one.
However in looking it up on the web, it seems that the difference is in one E. I've not heard it pronounced differently before. Perhaps thats where the white trash comes in.

In response to my man and nice asses, he doesn't care. We're secure in our relationship.
