I wanna make cupcakes, but I don't know what kind to make. I'm feeling uninspired. What is your favorite cupcake recipe?

ETA: I don't like using boxed cake mix, or canned frosting. I prefer to make it from scratch.

If I can find it, I make these chocolate cupcakes with chocolate ganache in the middle of them and an incredible chocolate frosting.

UGH.  They are so good.  And I don't even like cupcakes.

There is a bakery near where I live that has half off cupcake mondays. One of my favorites is a Guinness cupcake (it's a chocolate cupcake with Guinness added) and Baileys frosting. I also enjoy the chocolate cupcake with strawberry frosting with sprinkles and a cherry on top. It's super cute looking and it takes like a sundae. I also once had a cupcake that was filled with nutella.

The great part about Guinness cupcakes is that it's like when you put Sprite or something in brownies, the carbonation makes the cupcaks so moist.
