I'm still awake guys! This is like 2 hours past my bed time.  

FI and I just got in a stupid fight and now my eyes are all puffy, and I don't want to go to sleep until I'm all calm.  I have a nice cup of tea.

re: wedding fashion:  I can't decide WTF I want!  Part of me wants to do white shoes, diamond or pearl jewelry and my light blue "something blue" clutch but part of me wants to do black shoes/clutch, change the sash on my dress to black and get some pearl and onyx drop earrings.  I'm driving Scott insane with my flip flopping.

That's the thing, we are too close to be full black and white, but the girls will be wearing black cardigans and the guys will be wearing black suits so I think it wouldn't look out of place.  And I wanted to do it before I knew it was trendy, but there is still that worry it will look dated you know?

Steph, adorable!  My mom's dog tried to do that on the hot stove once.  Apparently I have reflexes of a cat when a puppy is in trouble.

Nates, our original plan was purple dresses and ties, pink/purple/whatever flowers.  We can't change the purple (bridesmaids and all) and I do really love our flowers but I think with the addition of the black on me it could turn into a total charlie foxtrot.  But also our reception is on a roof so we can really decorate it with whatever colors we want.

Oh man, I love pink, purple and black.  You can do just small touches of black, like you have in mind--your sash, shoes, etc.

HA! Ive been flipflopping and driving FI nuts too. Glad we're not the only ones driving each other nuts with wedding stuff. I keep going back and forth on stupid things that really wont matter until i find my dress. Like head piece vs veil. etc. FI keeps barking that we are over a year away from the wedding... sigh.
