CN: Mother gets pulled over for not wearing a seatbelt. Cop sees that 14 y/o also does not have seat belt on, but also mother removed toddler from his car seat to secure a container filled with gas....at least the toddler had on a seat belt. WTF is wrong with this woman?

Better than THIS idiot woman who was high and left her baby in his carseat on top of the car, then drove home.  Baby ended up being ok.
