Need advice (NWR)

So this morning my 3 co-workers got raises, but I haven't heard anything.  I work just as hard as they do and we all have equal titles and positions here.  It makes no sense at all.  I know because they told me assuming I was also getting the raise... I've waited all day and our boss has not called me in... I can't imagine I'm getting one if I don't know by now. 

Should I say something to my boss?  Or just let it go and find a new job??  I just feel really dumb to be the only person seemingly not valued despite my experience and my hard work...

I would wait a day at least. Perhaps boss hasn't had time, forgot, etc. to tell you.

If nothing, then I'd approach boss and say something along the lines of "It came to my attention that co-workers X,Y,Z recieved raises. Is there something that I need to improve on to be considered for one?"

Is it possible that the raises are based on time at the job? Like a lot of jobs you get a raise after you've been there a certain amount of time. If that makes sense.

I've been here longer than 2 of them.  I wouldn't just quit but I guess I was thinking that if I'm not viewed as valuable as the rest of my co-workers then maybe I need to move to a position where my experience and dedication are recognized.  I am just not sure if I should mention that I know about the others.  There is no specific rules on not discussing salary so no one would get in trouble per se, but salaries in general are a touchy subject obv.

I definately would not mention that your co-workers got raises. One of my ex co-workers found out that I and other co-workers were hired at a higher salary than her. She then proceeded to tell myself, my co-workers and my boss that she knew what everyone made. She did not wind up getting a raise and it looked really unprofessional. It is supposed to be confidential. I would just speak with your supervisor and ask for a review of how you are doing. Mention all the hard work you have put in and ask what you need to improve on. You can mention a raise but definately do not compare yourself to your co-workers in front of your boss. Focus on yourself and what YOU can contribute.

Are you already making more money then them?  Could they have gotten raises and you didn;t because they want to keep pay within a certain range for your position/level, and giving you a raise as well would make the pay "band" too large?  You did mention that you've been there longer than the two of them, so I would guess that you've already gotten a raise or two (or more).  Is the timing of their raises against their tenure similar to the raise you got at the same amount of time in your tenure at the company?

There are tons of explanations for this so I really think we need more info.  For example, at my company, the majority of compensation is being moved into bonuses because the pay bands were getting too wide--so people at the next level who were average performers were sometimes making less than people at a lower lever and were high performers.  That means my raise this year wasn't much more than someone who got a lower rating, but my compensation was incorporated elsewhere.
