I went to a riot once.

Also, I backpacked through Italy for six weeks by myself.

I did the same thing, but by falling out of hammock so not nearly as cool. Sneezing made me cry up to a year after the event. It was a greaaat ice breaker into meeting H's extended family though (sarcasm font).

I'm a quiet person who doesn't do much, so I'd have to say ether yelling at my uber-Christian grandma to stop telling my son Halloween was evil and Pagans were going to hell and then saying that I'm a Wiccan.  I still havn't heard from her...But anyway, I also had a child/am getting married to a man who's version of formal is a plaid/pleated skirt...

I don't really do crazy when crazy = thrilling. I was super drunk once after playing sloshball and was denied entry to a bar we walked to because I had a beer in my hand (because I think Tucson is Vegas, I guess). My friend and I were pissed, so we stripped and swapped clothes in the parking lot and then went back in. They humored us and let us in, and we went to change back into our own clothes in the ladies' room. Not surprising, when we came out, we were asked to leave. The stupidest part is that when we were sitting on a curb changing clothes, a couple walked by and the girl said "nice, ladies." In my head, she was complementing us on our amazing brilliance.  Oy.

    Posted by Kat Eyes[/QUOTE]

I don't judge or think badly of sasha for admitting it. What annoyed me is that you posted it, then went to the trouble of making a second post reiterating your first in  a way that came of as, "Hello? Didn't anyone see what I did and want to comment on it?" It didn't come off as a joke, it came off as you being proud of it and wanting attention.

And FWIW, you have to be careful about jokes on message boards. Tones are often misunderstood, and when you don't know someone that well you can't always tell if they are being serious or not.

Whoa, whoa, whoa.. Take a deep breath.

First of all, Kat, it did seem a little AW that you posted the second thing. It seemed like you didn't get the reaction you wanted, so you tried again to get it.

Steph simply called you out on it. And she wasn't the only one. I side-eyed you big time when I read it.

I have no idea what prompted me to admit that...let's just say I am not in my right mind this weekend.  I thought of deleting it, but it's already out there.  And if someone didn't judge me for doing that, then I would probably judge them for thinking it was ok.  I strongly judge myself for it.  That's about all I can say about it...I could have ruined my life.  The only defense I have is that it was 20 years ago, I am a completely different person, and it is one of the biggest regrets in my life.

Mmm, I dunno, I do know that the garnish was an apple wheel that he covered and sugar and lit on fire to caramelize, and you took a bite and then took a sip of the drink. They don't seem to have it on their website anymore though. It was like 25 dollars, so I'm pretty sure it was more than just schnapps, ya know? It's like one of the highest rated bars in Toronto.

The other one I had there was raspberry vodka, curacao, fresh lime, lemoncello, and pomegranate aril (seeds). It was divine too.
