God you just made me laugh out loud!

I too could not make it through 2 paragrahs. All the @'s and lower case was annoying. The fact that she felt the need to write this is disturbing. I have given birth, and I didnt feel the need to go into details with my son (not that he would listen).

Weird. And is the other son going to be jealous that she didnt write about his birth?

I'd be so pissed if I was in labor at the French Laundry. Granted, it would be a deal since I likely wouldn't be getting the wine pairings with all the courses...

I'm assuming she's writing this into her own blog or a book or something so her kid can someday read about his mom's cramping and gushing. Gross.

I've read a lot of birth stories but I think this is the first that was in third person. Normally it's just "here's what happened, here's how I coped, here's the outcome"
