Can I freeze it?

So, as you may have noticed, I'm basically a noob at life.

I make a yummy breakfast casserole (bread cubes, eggs, cheese, bacon, mushrooms and green peppers), but it serves 6-8 people.

Could I make it in a muffin pan, then have individual servings frozen when I want them?

You totally can.  I regularly freeze breakfast bakes and muffins for my H to take for breakfast throughout the week.

I know you can freeze bread, so I would assume this work too. I'd probably reheat it in an oven or toaster oven for best results. Reheating bread in a microwave makes it kinda tough and chewy.

Yes!  This sounds like it would freeze well, either in a casserole or smaller dishes.
