New episode in 45ish minutes from now.  From the commercials it looks exceptionally disturbing... I can't wait.

Man I'm sick.

Ben had to work late and then go home to study for his credit analyst training so I am hanging out alone tonight.  I felt kinda domestic so I made some chicken and cheese enchiladas with fajita beans on the side.  SO GOOD. 

You know what else is good?  Toll House chocolate chip cookies, fresh from the oven.  With gooey caramel inside.

I will watch it! Let me Tivo it right now before I leave for Ju Jitsu. You will probably be asleep before I get home, my class ends at 10. I love this show but it is so sad. My sister's grandma was a hoarder. It was nasty.

I want to watch it but will probably be in bed, hopefully the DVR will pick it up. I've felt like crap all day and just want to curl up in a ball and sleep.

My grandma's neighbor was a hoarder, too.  Thinking back on it - it was so sad.  Her name was Dottie and I know she had family but they never came home - obviously because of the clutter.  She loved my sisters and I though and she always wanted us to go to her house to do crafts.  Her entire house was just stuffed with projects she was working on.  She always wanted us to call her Grandma Dottie Ugh poor woman.

Thanks, AATB, hopefully it's just a small thing. My stomach has just not felt great for a few days now. If it keeps up I get a lovely visit to the doctor so hopefully it will fix itself. H keeps telling me to go pee on a stick, he doesn't get that I am 100% certain it's not pregnancy symptoms.

AATB- Then the whole living together thing will be really exciting!  My great aunt was a hoarder. Then her kids put her in a home and took all of her stuff to the dump.

I really worry that I would have turned into a hoarder if it weren't for H and moving so much in the last few years. I get emotionally attached to items really quickly, and really cannot get rid of stuff if there's any chance of it being fixed/re-used. Thank goodness for H's practicality.

I totally understand the mentality of a hoarder - my room in high school was full of junk that I didn't want to get rid of.  I'd save really weird things.  But when my family moved and I had to clean it all out of there it was like, a switch was flipped and I couldn't understand why I held onto things that I did. 

I still have things that actually are valuable or special but yeah - I throw tons of stuff out I don't need.

Oh AATB, I already have made this crazy story in my head that I was pregnant with twins but only mc one and so I was still pregnant with the other one. Yeah, I'm slightly crazypants

Oh Kim, I whine to high heaven when it's actually happening. If we had a dime for every time I said "But we could still use that" our house would be paid for!

My library could resemble that of a hoarder very shortly. I have so many papers/books/art projects from when I was 7 that I don't even know where to start.

I can't throw that away! My teacher put a sparkly sticker on it when I was in 3rd grade!

KW do you have pregnancy dreams?  Because I do ALL THE TIME and its so weird.  I'm not anywhere close to trying to get pregnant.

If not now Katie, then soon. I think it's only normal to play out those scenes. You are far from crazy.
 Unless we're talking about crazy cat lady tendencies. Because then we're both crazy.

I actually haven't. I have had period dreams ever since I was 17 (tmi? sorry) and I would then get it 24 hours later.

I actually picked up a book on Clutter from a garage sale and as stupid as it sounds, it really changed my outlook on "things". I still get emotionally attatched but it's easier to handle. I do like that she approached clutter from an emotional standpoint verses the traditional "Just throw it away you crazy person."

Pregnancy dreams are so strange.  They are probably my most vivid dreams.  I can feel how hard my belly is and I can feel the baby moving.  SO weird.

OMG new Hoarders in less than 15 minutes.  "It's not garbage!"

I'm so not a hoarder. I'm JUST like my mom and drive everyone nuts by throwing away stuff before they were done with it. Oops.

On another note, I'm still hungry! waaaah!

I've had the teeth falling out dream for a while. I read one interpretation that it meant you felt out of control, and another that it was a cultural omen that someone would die. You had to bite your pillow when you wake up to prevent it.

DEAD CATS?!  Oh my word this is the worst case of hoarding I have seen on this show.  Absolutely disgusting.
