I do my own laundry and Kyles when he is here.

I don't separate my whites from my darks unless Im washing my white jeans, then I will.

I use dryer sheets not fabric softener.

Usually gain detergent

I wash my sheets about once every other week.

I only use my towels once and then they will get washed.

I don't know if that thing works but I want to try it, but if it dose not work then I will be upset if I ruin my clothes.

I do. H is not allowed to do the laundry after an incident with dirty, soapy water.

Yep.

I change them every couple weeks and wash them when I need a new set.

When I have enough for a full load.

Tide, but I'll be switching soon.

Sheets, but I'm going to try a softner my mom uses soon. I'm wating for my current supply to run out.

We both TRY to, but generally I do.. FI gets home most nights after 11pm, so it's really hard for him to wash his laundry..

Who does laundry in your household? generally I do (on sundays!) but sometimes my husband will if he decides to.
Do you separate whites and darks? yes, and I normally have to break up the darks into 2 loads because my husband wears a lot of dark clothes
How often do you wash your sheets? not often, I hate washing sheets. I have a bad habit of throwing them in the hamper and then piling dirty clothes ontop and only taking out the dirty clothes when we do laundry so they sit in the hamper for a month or two before I buck up and do it. I do change my actual sheets more often though.

Man, I was hoping someone tried the color thing. Basically a dryer sheet that you put in the wash that "attracts" color dye so you can wash whites and darks together. We have a crap ton of whites thanks to S and his white shirt fetish, but very few darks.

Who does laundry in your household? Usually me. I always sort, FI sometimes throws stuff in the washer/dryer, we both fold our own stuff.

Who does laundry in your household? I did, until I broke my foot in February and our laundry room is down some loooong scary stairs, so H has been in charge since then.

Do you separate whites and darks? YES, and colors, and I'm anal about it, which H is not. Now, he does it just so I don't flip out. His black greasy kitchen clothes are not going in with anything of mine.

Do you separate whites and darks?  I do with my own laundry, I seperate the H's laundry by nasty Army PTs and ACUs and his regular clothing
How often do you wash your sheets?  At least once a week, my dog sleeps in bed with us so I try to wash them more than that
How often do you wash your towels?  We have a crapload of towels for some reason so I wash towels probably once every  2 weeks

How often do you wash your sheets? every week or every other week. But only because the dog sleeps in the bed other wise I would wait a lot longer because I usually forget. It's hard to forget paw prints.

What laundry detergent do you use? kirkland hypoallergenic. I had an allergic reaction to tide and took forever to figure out so I only use hypoallergenic. It's not worth the rashes.

I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but I have used the Shout color catchers and love them for when I wash things on hot or mix colors. I had one of the tiny stackable dryers in college and the dryer balls did cut down my drying time, and they help our big quilt to not get tangled.
