I HATE the word....

Mandatory!!!!

FH texts me today, 30 minutes before I get off work to tell me that he has a "mandatory" meeting at church!!! UGGGHHHHH!!!! We were just talking last night about how long it had been since we had gone "out". So we decided to go to see The Town tonight. Well now I am sitting here, with Jordyn, watching Modern Family and eating cheeseburgers. After I just told myself that I wasn't going to eat any red meat for this month. Ahhhhhh!!! I am in such a crappy mood right now.

Anyone else wanna share their Friday nght blues? Or am I here all alone?
And the whole time, my future husband was in the room...... image image

    You sure can. I am supposed to be eating healthy too cause I am getting married NEXT MONTH, but there was no way I was going to eat a salad feeling the way I do. I needed a comfort food.

    I had two interviews this week for different positions. One I would really love to have but I won't hear back for a few days and another that I really wouldn't enjoy having but I'm getting desperate. Well I called the crappy job people today and they told me the position had been filled.
     
    I got pretty upset about it because I'm pretty young and only have 3 years of experience, it's great experience and my resume is fantastic for what I have done but I'm competing in a market with so many other people with way more experience. I also have a "dumbed down" resume for crappier jobs so that I'll at least get called in for them and I was pretty depressed that I can't even get hired for admin work like taking calls and filing paper. It's making me feel pretty worthless right now. Poor DH tried to make me feel better but it wasn't helping too much. BOOO. Friday Night Blues =(

    And I just LOVE when older adults tell me "You need to go through these hard times. It makes you a much better person." Well that's fantastic but being a good person doesn't pay the rent.

    Awww sorry Jenna. I am so sorry about that. i have never been in the position of not having a job. I can only imagine how frustrating being too smart  or not smart enough can be. ((((((HUGS))))))))

    Right!! Hell I thought was doing good when I had 2 baby showers but 5 bridal showers?? WOW!!!

    Unfortunately I can't talk about baby showers. I've only been to one and I wanted to crawl under the couch.. no babies here yet please.

    My sister tells me if she gets preggo and I throw her a shower where people have to rip off toilet paper to guess how large she is or guess her weight she will sit on me and kill me.

    I'm relieved!!!! The only thing I like about baby showers is the food because, let's be honest, pregnant ladies gotta eat!
