Ok, why did my mother email a photo of Michelle Obama's wedgie to me? The title on it says "Money can't buy you class, neither can living in the White House".... I am tempted to email her and say that emailing photos of people's wedgies is not so classy either.

Gah.... I should have never even given her my email address.

Ha!  I refuse to give my aunts my work e-mail address, because I know stuff like that, or stuff like OMGWTFBBQ THIS HAPPENED LAST WEEK LOCK YOUR DOORS will show up in my inbox all the time.  I've responded to so, so many of their e-mails with links to Snopes.  Why do people think this stuff is okay?

I hate it too, its so ridiculous. My mom is the worst. I even told her when I gave her my address that I don't want her sending political crap (if you can even qualify it as that) She started out ok, but now its like 15 emails a day, and its not even political- its crossed that line to just plain hate. Sad..

If it was a picture of her pulling it out in public, then that would be unclassy. Just having one is not a big deal. At least she didn't let out a really big fart to get the fabric out of her butt.

H's grandma sends me ridiculous, borderline political emails and forwards.  And email "warnings' about missing children and psychos in our area.

I always email her back with whatever article will explain that it is a hoax best. The "Obama is a commie, muslim, alien, terrorist" emails, I don't even have the patience to respond to civilly.

It's kind of like all the stupid copy/paste messages I see on Facebook. It's always something like, "DO NOT accept a friend request from someone named Sally Jones, she will turn into a dragon and eat your children for breakfast. Copy and Paste this if you agree and want to spread the word."

You see people commenting and getting all into an uproar over things that aren't even true. I will literally comment, "This is incorrect. I wish you'd stop posting false information without bothering to look it up" and then I post the Snopes link.

That usually shuts everyone up for a while. Some people have actually commented back, "My friend posted it so i was just passing it along." Really? That's all it takes? Let's hope you're friend doesn't jump off a bridge, you might be so inclined to try it yourself. Sheesh.

Yeah my mom is similar though usually she never believes me that Disney is NOT giving free tickets and Bill Gates/Windows is NEVER going to give away $.  Love her to dearly but drives me a bit batty.

My dad sends me political emails all the time. Like, all. the. time.

However those are much better than the ones this old lady who I used to work with sends me. They are all puppies and kitties with sparkly, flashing icons telling me that I'm one of her BFFs and need to send it back to her and 24 other people for good luck!

I blocked one of my close friends because they kept sending "MSN is going to start charging for its services" or "This child is sick, for every email sent a penny will be donated". She was also bad for sending those stupid "if you don't send this, you will die!" emails. I guess if you send all these e-mails you'll be immortal?

Those Facebook "post if you agree" status' drive me nuts. I hide anyone who posts them.
