Honest Opinions Por Favor

So our album is almost ready and we are stuck on a cover image. DH really likes the first one (which I do as well), but I kinda feel like you should see our faces in the cover image. What do you ladies think?

1 sets a really sweet, fun tone for the photobook.

2 is pretty, but doesn't quite set the same tone.

I like them both, but I'm with you on the being able to see your faces thing, so I voted for #2.

I think #1 is a better photo, the composition and lighting are much nicer.

I really like number 1, as the PP's have said it's less posed.

I can't really say I'm loving the orange oval things though.. but maybe it's just my computer?

I say you can't go wrong with either one. I love his eyes in photo number 1 and I love your eyes and photo number 2.  You're an adorable couple!

I LOVE 1.  I think it's unique and fun, and you'll still be able to tell it's your wedding album.  There will be plenty of pictures inside that show your faces.

There will be plenty of photos with your faces on the inside, I am sure, and anyone looking at your wedding album presumably knows you.

I think #1 is much more striking and unique.  I also like the sky as background, it's not as busy so the whole thing looks cleaner.

I like #1; I think it's a more interesting photo. If I saw that on the cover of an album, I'd want to look inside. The second photo is fine, but it doesn't particularly make me want to see more.

#1 feels much more dynamic and joyous to me.  #2 is pretty, but it doesn't show your personalities the way #1 does; it's a touch too posed.

I'm just wondering for the few that said neither, is it because you would prefer a color pic on the front?

Number 1 is a better photo.  I like that it is more candid and cute, less posed.  But that is the style I tend to prefer.  But if your DH likes it better too, I'd go with it!  I'm sure there are plenty inside that show your faces.  You really don't look at the cover for very long anyway.

PS.  Nice photos in general!

I voted for picture two but i changed my mind. I think number one has more feeling in it, and its so beautiful to see man and wife kiss on their wedding day. All the love...sorry just bein a sappy boob.
