I'm just sitting here watching the news, waiting for the storms to get here, and hoping my H doesn't come home angry.  We tried to go to his favorite restaurant last night and it wasn't open.  He tried calling the owner today (they've kinda got a bro-mance going on) and apparently the phone is disconnected.  If they up and went out of business without telling him, he's going to be a cranky-pants ALL weekend at least. He likes so few restaurants and foods.

I've got steak marinating, sauteed mushrooms and steamed broccoli for dinner. Also, I bought a couple of those single serving, alcohol included, frozen drinks in a bag to sample and they're tasty!  I'll be having frozen mango daiquiris tonight.  Look at me turning into a lush.

Well here's hoping its like our italian restaurant that closed recently, its now a awesome mexican place. We eat there often!

Hi ya'll. I'm cooking chicken breasts for dinner, and sitting here sipping some merlot. 

Summer term starts Monday, so I'm pretty psyched about that, but at the same time its gonna suck to not have a free summer. I just keep telling myself that the tassel is worth the hassle.

What's up for y'all this weekend?

I took the pup out today and he was lollygaging, so I'm standing there and I see a small thing chasing a large squirrel, it was a flying squirrel! Awesome sight.

Blue do you prefer nights or days?

We're having salads and roasted chicken for dinner.

We just got home from delicious sushi. I'm looking at phones online and then I think wine and Game of Thrones are on the agenda. I think I will finally give in and get a smart phone. I hate the slider phone I have now and there are so few choices out there that aren't either super basic or smart phones. 

It's raining pretty hard here but I think the worst of the weather will miss us. Several nearby counties are under tornado warnings.

Hi everyone.

I'm taking a break from studying for my Spanish final. I need a B to keep my B in class, so it's going to be a long weekend.

My dog STINKS right now. I was watering the garden, and the ding dong got all wet. So now he smells like wet dog and syrup. For some reason, the dogs smell like syrup. It's weird.

In other news, i just painted my nails this color and I can't tell if it looks good or not.

Steph, I love that color. It's my go to for summer. H and I were watching Human Centipede 2 but I had to turn it off. Too gross. Now we are watching Trailer Park Boys and drinking Crispin cider. It's tastynoms.

I'm jealous. I'm not sure how accurate our gauge is, but it says it's 88 degrees in here. I'd LOVE to be getting A/C right about now.
