i would guess not, just as long as you don't drown it. Birds deal with rain over their nests all the time anyway.

And yeah Girlie, that is weird.  I think you'd okay requesting that the scooter stay off the rocks, but if they don't change, you're probably stuck because like mentioned, they're not tresspassing. But they should stop coming in your yard at least.

Lol that's what I meant. We did that at a friends house when I was 16 and it made the whole house reek of pot. She left every window in the house open to get the smell out before her parents got home lol
