My aunt just called my mom's and I stupidly answered it. I shouldn't have because it was an aunt I didn't invite to the wedding. She wanted to know if her and my great grandmother could stay here for the wedding. I was like "I already know she's going to say no because there's no room but you can ask her tomorrow when she gets back." She was like "oh okay. I'm still waiting for my invitation in the mail. Grandma got hers and so did your other aunt and uncle. You did invite my right?"

I was like "uhhh....heh.." *awkward laughing* I changed the subject and she started asking me about hotels.

I freaking knew giving plus ones would bite me in the ass. My great grandma is going to bring her as her guest (my great grandfather died a few years ago). I'm going to suck it up but I haaaaaaaaaaaaate this woman and wanted to whine/rant.

Yeah unfortunately you can't dictate the +1s (which I know you're not wanting to)... Hopefully it's one of those things that you don't notice her that day!

I thought of doing this too but I didn't know how that would work with people who are single or something. Damn nice gestures! I have a feeling no matter what I did she would've found a way though.
