I've been to see my parents in FL in all of the seasons, and FTMP have been very lucky with the weather.  June was brutal but my dad was having open heart surgery and I had to be there.

Does anyone have a Cardinal Fitness membership?  H and I are going to stop at our local and check out the $10/month.  The only limitation I can see on the website is that for $10/month, you can only use the one gym and not the others.  I was just wondering if there were any hidden limitations we should be aware of, like we have to wash and dry towels once a week for them.

They lived with my FI for 2 years. and just a couple months ago we got them to move out. and they left their cat and have never came back for him.


he is two. and is the scariest child I have ever met. but I guess it isn't his fault either. I just have to save fiona and cheeto from him...

Edie - I like the first one the best. I like how it's subtle but designy and if someone knew you well, they'd get the reference. TinyPrints has some cute stuff, along with WeddingPaperDiva's they're connected with, but it's expensive. I agree with your web design background you could whip that up pretty fast yourself. I should have done that with my own address labels I bought from VistaPrint since none of them were exactly what I wanted, but I settled for one instead.

Facebook over sharing... It's getting out of control with some people who post. I do not want to hear about your child's bodily functions, potty training, or anything of that sort. When H and I have children in a few years, I will never post anything like that. At that point I will also probably delete half of my friends or put even more people on a restricted list so that I can post a few pictures of them without having to worry as much. 

I have my work party today after work. I have mixed feelings about it but it will be a good time to talk with a few new coworkers who started a couple months who I haven't had much time to talk with. 

I also forgot to put on my engagement and wedding rings again! 2nd time in less than a week. I need to start taking something for my memory.

Goood morning! Late, as always. I had a lot of paperwork to catch up on.

We just got back from Chattanooga yesterday and I'm still beat. We had like an 18 hour drive back. 

Snow. I wish we'd get some already. I hate this 40 and raining bullsh!t. On the topic of weather though, it was like 60 in Chattanooga and people were out in winter coats, hats and mittens. FI and I were walking around in short sleeves. It's so strange to me. I won't even put on a coat unless it's below freezing.

It's actually 2 thin bands fused together for a more substantial looking ring since it's worn alone and not with my engagement ring. I'm a little unconventional in that I continue to wear my engagement ring on my left hand and my wedding band on my right hand. </div><div>

Good morning ladies, I'm home sick in bed today. All those germy kids finally caught up with me! Children who abuse my cats make me mad, I totally understand! Especially since my one cat is super friendly and kinda dumb, so she'll just keep coming back for more. All she thinks is 'people!'

Yea I feel bad because I want them to step in and tell him hey no hitting animals or being a psycho. but they don't and when he does anything to the animals I get mad and make him stop but at the same time I feel like I am crossing a line since it isn't my child.

but I have to save my animals too.

I just feel bad like I did something horrible but I know I am doing the right thing.
I always put myself between him and my pets. Poor Fiona is terrified of him.

Morning! I have a few meetings today. We got a tease of snow and it made me sad. I love the snow and was disappointed to not wake up to everything blanketed.

Re: The FB pics/post convo...I only have people I actually know on my FB. When I get requests from people I don't know or hardly have met, I don't approve them. I have no one from work on my FB, I think it's just better that way. I also have everything as private so creepy strangers can't see my business. I think all anyone can see that isn't on my friends is my profile pic, and that I'm a girl.

Hi everyone!

Cheddar is so handsome! My dad got a new dog a couple weeks ago. Her name is Lady Bluebell, she's a blue tick coonhound, and she's beautiful. Some jackwagon just decided he didn't like her anymore, so dad said he'd take her.  I'm excited to see her, and the rest of my critters, this weekend.

For me, cold is worse than cold and snow. We never get completely snowed in like I did at my parents' house, and the city keeps the streets clear, so it's not a hassle for us. Hence, I just feel like if it's going to be freezing outside, it better be pretty while it's at it.

Been there with the snow, I'm just outside of Toronto. The last couple of years we've had almost no snow, probably because we finally invested in a snowblower! :-P

H teaches, so it makes sense for him. I, however, go in to work at 11:30 most days. Usually I stay up and read for a while, but I didn't make it a single chapter yesterday.

This area never gets enough snow to justify a snow-blower. I do put a giant trash bag over my windshield at night, so I don't have to scrape it. The scraping sound freaks me out.
