I woke up at 5am to pack lunch and dinner and then left it hanging on a hook over my head on the commuter rail. sad but on the upside.. I had a funny convo later in the day with the train's lost and found. Apparently my food smelled good and the guy in charge had been tempted to eat it. Instead.. they are holding it for me. yay rotten food. o well..Im cheap enough to want to keep the tupperware.

I just got back from target, I went with my sister on our lunch I didn't need anything and I walked out with $20 worth of crap I didn't need. I also went to the baby section and feel in love with everything. I think someone close to me has to have a baby soon.

That's funny, Star.  I can't hold on to tupperware to save my life.  It always disappears.

Just ate dinner, thinking about painting something. It's kind of late though, and I need to keep going once I start.

I couldn't decide if I was more upset about the tupperware or all the yummy food in it. I think both. I was just made I went through the effort and was so busy reading my Nook that I left it all behind.

Hey tide.

Ben is really annoying me right now.  I told him last night it would be fun to go as Hugh Hefner and a playboy bunny for Halloween.  I was drunk when I told him that.  Today I'm not into it anymore.

He wants to be Hef so bad though, which... I'm getting irritated with.  I don't want to wear a bunny costume but so far he's shooting down all my alternate ideas (I think I could wear shorts, a tied flannel shirt and those tall socks Holly Madison wears and people would get it). 

I feel like a burger.  Or a nap.

I had the genius idea of telling everyone at work that we should all bake treats or bring in pastries of bagels tomorrow for a "brunch friday".

So now I'm stuck baking brownie cupcakes a little later. It's not that I don't want to do it, but I just don't feel like actually baking anything now if that makes sense? But I hyped everyone up so I have no choice.

Hi!

We had Emma's 6 month follow up at the orthopedist today and he said everything looked good with her hips!  And he said that she can use the jumperoo as much as she wants because putting weight on her hips is good for the joint.  Woot!  Now I'm going to leave her in it for 6 hours...just kidding.

Star - I did in fact say brownies. They're going to be mini brownie cupcakes with vanilla frosting.  : )

Sucrets - That's great news! I have a lot of fun watching my cousin's baby in the jumperoo. He has such a good time in the damn thing. I wish there was jumperoos for adults. I really think I'd enjoy that after a long day at work.

I am going to another game tonight instead of working it, which makes me sooo happy. I used to hate basketball, but after watching for a while I really like it. I go with friends that are so enthusiastic it is contagious.

I'm still at work.  And I broke out the Christmas carols today.  My coworkers think I'm nuts anyway, so why not confirm it - Christmas music makes me happy. 

Tonight is the last home football game, and they're honoring the senior cheerleaders and football players, so DH and I are escorting my daughter in the festivities.  Should be fun, as long as it doesn't rain.

It's like a little seat swing babies sit in and they can bounce up and down in it because it has bungee cords type straps holding it up.

We had a going away party at work with scallops wrapped in bacon, spanakopita, chicken skewers and cake. I chowed down, now I have no desire to cook dinner. I may see if K wants to cook it himelf so he has dinner and leftovers for tomorrow. Until he gets home, I will watch GH on TiVo.

We're having a "Halloween potluck" and I'm kind of mad. 1) There probably won't be anything I can eat, so I had better bring in something good myself and 2) it's super disorganized. When my friends and I do potlucks, we have a theme like Italian or Mexican, so we don't end up with shrimp enchiladas, a vat of minestrone soup and a bag of salt and vinegar chips. No such luck with this one.

Plus, I don't like giving up my normal lunch break to hang out with my coworkers.

Blue.  I can't see the video, but even if I could, I don't know that I would go back to CW.  I only went in the first place because of the hateful and inaccurate things that they were saying on that one thread.
