How is everyone doing? We had a "normal" summer day, finally. The high was low 80's yesterday and we got to walk the dogs around the lake. Today I am going to brunch with the neice and we are going to talk flowers and menu for her wedding.

Good morning! Got back from our HM yesterday afternoon..it was incredible! I'm so glad we missed the heat wave.  It was hot enough there for us, coming back to even hotter weather wouldn't have been horribly pleasant.  It was thankfully 75* when we landed.

Morning! Glad you had a great time on your honeymoon chels! Did you relax the whole time or do some excursions?

 We just got back yesterday from up north at our parents cabins (split the week half and half) and I am glad to be back home but also happy we missed the extreme heat at least.

Today- I need to start working out yet again haha and get some groceries and in general be depressed that I have to go back to work tomorrow.

We did a few excursions, but also relaxed a bit.  We did swim with dolphins, scuba dive and do a Tulum Xtreme tour (Tulum, then ziplining, rappelling, snorkeling).  It was all so fun!

Morning. We are having yet another cookout today. H got home super late from work last night so I have to go get steak tips for him. Im not the best at choosing meat lol. Welcome back Chels.

Tonight is the food truck event in town and we can't go cause of all the money shite that went down last week. I'm sad but I know it is better for me if we don't go, cause my weight has finally been going down consistantly so I don't want to eff it up. Other than that, there's TWD marathon for me to watch, and I have to sort out what clothes I can wash in the tub since we are without a washer indefinitely until they sort out wtf is going on in our stupid mike holmes basement.

Good morning.  Not much going on here.  Just mostly hanging out today.  I need to go over to the gym and do some walking/stretching at some point this morning, but H might want to "do something" today that will probably involve hiking so I am waiting for him to make up his mind.

Do you guys think this idea is dumb? Lastnight when we were watching jurassic park (2 and 3) I asked if adam could be a dinosaur what would he be and he told me what one that has always been his favourite and he thinks he would be, and I told him mine. I got to thinking (in light of my little dinosaur collection on my shelf) of getting a toy of each and spraypainting them a colour he would like as a christmas gift. So its like, me+him as dinosaurs. It obviously wouldnt be his only gift but I thought it was kinda cute and he wouldnt expect it.

I just managed to survive my first solo drive back from CT. I made good time and the traffic was light since I left at 6am. FH stayed behind and will ride his bike to Vermont, maybe Montreal, and then finally home again. I won't see him for 3 weeks and I already miss him. It's kind of pitiful.

I am hoping that I use this time productively to eat better and go to the gym. Unfortunately right now all I want is a bog bottle of wine and some comfort food.
