It's Monday ladies...how is everyone feeling? how were your weekends? how is your week to come looking?
I feel fairly rested after my weekend but I have a killer week ahead of me (parent interviews two nights and coaching volleyball the rest). My 9 to 5 (which is really 7 to 4) is fine, it's the 3 - 5 hours of work after it each night this week that is going to kill me!
DH and I did physical activity for the first time since the week before the wedding this weekend. On Saturday I ran 2k, worked my chest in weights and then we went curling that night. EVERY SINGLE MUSCLE in my body was screaming yesterday and most of them still hurt today. That's what I get for doing nothing for 4 weeks.
