Hey Blue! I noticed that most other newbs were dancing around the subject and I figured I might as well be honest. I've been lurking for a loooong time, like years. I don't post because when I started lurking, people were crazy mean about grammar and spelling and I'm not too good at either, so I just read instead of making an ass of myself. Since I'm on the west coast, I'm usually too late to threads to comment in them anyway. There have been some pretty whack newbs lately, so I decided that yesterday would be the day to break my SB silence. I always want to post in the threads Steph starts for newbs, but I always see them the next day and I don't want to revive an old thread.

I'm thinking you may want me to elaborate on why I don't like the posters that I mentioned, so I'm gonna tell ya. I think attention whore is an understatement for them. I have NEVER seen anyone dig for complements as much as these 2 do. We get it Poli, you live in San Fran and LOVE to have pictures taken of yourself wearing your "serious" face. Who takes that many pictures of themselves? Oh yea, Roxy does. Anyway, I pretty much can't stand "look at me" people, and to me that's is all she is. Do you remember the story she told of guys cat calling her on her way to work? My eyes rolled out of my damn head. Get the fu@k over yourself. 

I don't even know where to begin with LDY. She probably bothers me more than Poli does, but at least she doesn't just stop in to talk about how hot she is like Poli does. LDY is an undercover AW. She puts herself down to get compliments and to me that just makes her look like a weak ass. I guess what bugs me the most is how few people notice it. Yesterday was pretty much the 1st time I've seen it brought up and that surprised me. When E was doing OOTD it annoyed me to no end when LDY would post her pics and then ask what needed to be added or deleted from her outfit. Someone would say "add a necklace" or "you should wear skinny jeans and boots with that cardigan" and the next freakin day she was PIPing all damn day long necklace after necklace. Do you want to wear a necklace or not? Do you even like skinny jeans? Be your damn self! Stop giving a crap what girls on a message board tell you to wear. So annoying!
There is so much more I could write, but this is already looking like a Kalpi post, so I'll stop now.

I just thought about it and maybe you wanted to know more about me as a person and not just why I dislike Poli and LDY? I do strive to be the opposite of them and I guess that proves it:)

Yes, I lurk a LOT! I haven't been lurking since 2002, but I have been for a couple years. I know that probably makes me sound like a wierdo, but by the time I get online the good morning and random chat threads are dead and I'm not online in the evenings. This is an account I started when I was planning my 1st wedding and I started using it again when I got engaged the 2nd time. I like Blue for a bunch of reasons, but good instincts do help. I really like posters who have an opinion but don't try to make other people change theirs and who are honest with the way they feel about others. I just have a hard time with people changing their opinions to fit in or say they like everyone here, because that's not even possible. You're honest too and I like that. I definitly knew someone would ask me why I know so much about everyone with so few posts. I also know what AYG, KPS, GBCK and FFF stand for. But really, I knew those after seeing them a couple times, you don't have to lurk for 2 years to figure those out.

I'm a newb... I have been using TK tools but just recently started reading some posts...  I'm a snarky bride... so I have checked these threads out the most.  I already have a feeling I like some of you ladies... you crack me up!
