Things that annoy you today

I'm annoyed by my lazy coworkers, just like every day this week. I am a very short person. My other coworker (the only one that actually works) is over 60 years old. Why are we the only ones moving these massive collections of books and shelves? I spent my morning literally moving bricks and unscrewing bookshleves from the wall.

I'm annoyed that it's hot...again.  Ugh, and our store a/c can barely keep up.  And I don't want to work on Saturday...which I just found out that I do.  My e-ring is going to take a long ass time to get back...that's pretty annoying.

Eh, that's all I got, at least I have tomorrow off!

I'm annoyed that the jeweler called for us to see the cast of my wedding band, but failed to mention to me that he'd need to keep my e-ring again. It's a small annoyance, and I wear my Mom's when he has it, but I just feel naked without it.

I feel you right now, FI went and bought me an $8 Wal-Mart special last night partially as a joke and partially because he doesn't want me e-ring-less.  HA!

This week just won't end.  Praise the gods that Monday is a holiday!!  The last three day holiday weekend until my wedding! WOOT WOOT!

Ohhhhhhhh.  I feel like Owen Wilson made a reference to Victory over Japan day in one of his movies.  Maybe the one where he moves in with his married friend and ruins their lives?

You Me & Dupree?  I didn't see it, but I think that's the one you're referring to.

It's kinda funny, a friend who moved here from Canada asked me what VJ day was and when I told her, she was AGHAST.  I can't say I'm thrilled, it's pretty insensitive to our Japanese citzens, but that's RI for you.

I'm annoyed with my friend who didn't send actual invites to her wedding and left me feeling like I shouldn't go.  Doesn't matter how many times you say "of course you're invited!"

I'm annoyed with my time budgets at work.

I'm annoyed with all the people in our apartment complex today who thought it would be fun to park in the drive and not in their parking spots.  It's like an obstacle course out there.

I'm annoyed with Mexicans.  Nope, not immigrants, the ones who live in Mexico.  I'm working on an event that will happen in the Yucatan peninsula in September, and it seems Mexicans work from 10am-2pm and that's it!  And they take month long vacations.  If I call these people's offices one more time and get told no one is there and that it's an answering service at 3-freaking-o'clock then I'm going to SCREAM!  I mean, why do I have to work 8 hour days when I can get NOTHING done?!
