Who likes high fiber cereals?

I mean you have to really enjoy the taste of fiber though but -THIS
gives you 18 g of fiber per 1/2 cup that's 72% of you RDA. I just discovered this and love it. They also have cinnamon Os

I usually eat Post Raisin Bran, or Double fiber english muffins. Yum!

Nope but I'd be interested in trying it! I just finished some Kashi fiber cereal and it was pretty good. I'm always on the look out for a better one.

Can you do me a favor Ang when you get a chance?  Can you check whether they happen to be gluten free?  The F-Factor Diet plan is pretty much GF, but my google search couldn't confirm or deny whether the cereal is.  I don't want to request it at my market and then not be able to eat it.  Or eat in anyway and then suffer because that's how I roll
