Tell me about your guest room - long

Ideally I'd like a nice guest room someday if I had oodles of space, but I'd rather have a bedroom for everyone in the house and a home office. Currently, we're in a 2 bedroom apartment. The second bedroom is used as a den - it has FI's desk and chair in there, as well as a full-sized futon for guests and a nightstand. And a full closet.

Maybe someday you'll have, like, a 5 bedroom house and can do that, but I wouldn't worry about it now.
