H was responsible for majority of the picture-taking on the HM & he finally got the pics up so without further ado, here's Antigua through the eyes of my H along with my commentary.
We went to Antigua & Barbuda and stayed at Cocos Hotel. It is an all-inclusive and the food was amazing. Although it was an AI (this was a 1st for me and H together) we still made our way off the resort almost everday. Adventures included: walking to Jolly Harbour to some bars to watch the soccer games, Circumnav speed boat tour of the whole island which included things like snorkeling and Stingray City, day-trip to Barbuda, Shirley Heights party, took a bus ride to explore Turner Beach/eat at OJs and St. Johns.

The view from our balcony. The water color there is amazing. It really sucked when we came home and looked of our balcony and saw another apartment building

Looking at the resort from our beach. The resort is 26 cottages/cabins, each for 2 people. It's very private. You can barely see the individual cottages. The big buildings you see toward the water is the restaurant where you eat your meals.

If you look hard enough, that's our actual cottage from the view of the path going through the resort. The shower is outdoors which was really cool (the sun & wind feel great when you are showering) so as you can see, you didn't have to worry about people seeing you.

View from the pool area, which no one ever goes to because the beach area is so nice. H went in once just so he could say that he did.

On our day-trip to Barbuda we went to the Frigate Bird Sanctuary which is in a huge salt-water lagoon (most of Barbuda is below sea-level). This is a baby frigate. Their wing span gets to 6 feet. This little guy (still pretty big) actual just waits around on his little next because he can't fly quite yet and waits for Momma to come feed him.

Hell's Gate. Where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Carribbean Sea. If you go through the gate Africa is the next landmass, which is cool because that's kind of what it looks like.

Pillars of Hercules over toward Nelson's Dockyard. We snorkeled over here. It was really cool to pop up and see these.

H holding a sting-ray @ Stingray City. These things were huge and I was nervous. I kept thinking that once I got in the water with them I'd be fine (I'm a huge water person) but I was still nervous. There were so many of them and they are big/heavy enough that when they run into you they will kinda knock you over a bit. They are so soft though!

View from the Shirley Heights lookout. There is a big party here every Sunday.

Us at the lookout.
I did get our professional wedding pics back but they won't post here cause the file size is too big. One day I'll figure out how to put a link in my siggy and put it in there.
