..or people who have a good eye for what looks good.  I am looking for some people to judge tryouts for our middle school dance team this Thursday at 4pm.  It shouldn't talk more than an hour.  Email me shandars at gmail dot com or post here if you are interested and I will get you the details.  Please!  I will buy you a soda and a cute pen for helping out! :)

    I would totally help you out, but there's no way I could get there by 4.  What I do for talent show, or musical auditions is have random other teachers help judge.  I take their opinions, especially about the personalities and work ethic of the kids I don't know, then I just cast whoever I want. That way if a parent complains you can say it was decided by a panel of teachers, but you still make the decisions yourself.
