Long story, you know I quit without notice. Dicklord x-boss is still fucking me around for my final pay. I messaged him today asking for the status on my final pay by the end of the day, and I have heard nothing. This is after a month of being given the run around.
Please edit if necessary or tell me something to add.
______________
Boss,
For the past month, I have contacted you repeatedly regarding my final pay cheque, and have still yet to receive a clear answer as to when I will be receiving both my pay cheque and my record of employment. Due to your inability to give me a straight answer regarding this matter, I am left with no alternative but to file an Employment Standards claim with the Ministry of Labour. Despite the fact that I ended my employment with ###### without notice, it is your (the employers) responsibility, as stated in the employment standards act - section 11 subsection 5, to pay me my wages no later than 7 days or on the next scheduled pay day after my last day of employment. At the ultimate latest, I should have received my final pay cheque by the 10th of September. It is currently October 6th, and I have still received nothing. To my knowledge, a paycheque was recently created for another employee, and in my honest opinion one should have been created for me at the same time. There is no acceptable reason as to why I should have to wait this long for what I am legally entitled to.
I wanted to take this opportunity to advise you that I will be filing the claim shortly as my attempts to rectify this issue have been rejected.
Re: Please edit my email
FINISH HIM!
[QUOTE]No, no two punches won't work. Someone has to junk punch him first. Then when he leans over in pain, the other person has to uppercut him in the chin, Mortal Kombat style. FINISH HIM!

Baahahaha I love this idea.
[QUOTE]In Response to Re: Please edit my email : It might have more impact if I punch him, and then you punch him directly after. That sounds more productive to me.

We can make this happen.

Dear Boss,
This is my X and final attempt to contact you regarding your refusal to dispurse my final pay check and employment record. I am left with no alternative but to file an Employment Standards claim with the Ministry of Labour. It is your (the employers) responsibility, as stated in the Employment Sandards Act- section 11 subsection 5, to pay me my wages no later than 7 days or on the next scheduled pay day after my last day of employment. I should have received my final pay cheque by the 10th of September at the latest. It is currently October 6th, and I have still received nothing. Therefore, I am left with no alternative than to file a grievance, in accordance with the aforementioned law.
