Happy Weekend!

I'm stuffed!  I spent the day at my church's giant holiday bazaar.  I ate so much Norwegian holiday food that I'm probably good until Christmas.

I scored some neat things too.  A couple handmade wire baskets and some rag rugs for the kitchen. I was good and didn't spend with the wild abandon I have done in the past. 

Now I'm done for the day and almost want to curl up in bed but it's only 7pm and I don't want to be the old lady just yet.

How's your weekend thus far?

Auntie JCB is very loved here as well.  Well... by the kitties.  I've had to deal with post-salmon-treats-kitty-farts.  

The baskets are gorgeous!  I'm going to fill one with scented pinecones.

Hi! Sorry about your uncle, Edie.

I have done nothing today. I have literally alternated between sleeping, eating, and watching Hulu all day. I don't know why I'm so tired. In spite of sleeping in, I've also had 2 naps today.

We almost have the framing finished. Now we're in the "we just spent all our money and have to save up again" phase. Ah, the waiting game.

Edie, I'm so sorry about your loss. It's rough to lose family members.

I'm in the same boat as AZ. I'm tired and haven't gotten much accomplished today...

Anna, sounds like you scored big today. I LOVE rag rugs.

Today FI got the lights working in the garage - he's so proud! I cut and hung four of the six blinds that we bought month ago - I was sick of looking at the boxes in the corner. I will put up the last two tomorrow. I also un-decorated from halloween and ran my usual errands.

I'm also about ready to lose my mind - I've been trying to update my iTunes for two weeks now. I flattened my macbook to clean it up, and I haven't been able to update. I want to give my iPod to DD (she lost hers on our summer road trip) and I have a shuffle for me. I only listen to it during workouts, so it isn't a big deal to swap with her, but I want to take my music off it first. *sigh
