L: I am doing a lot of cooking today to prep for the week, I will test it all for lunch
S: Fruit, either apple or pineapple

Stuff (non breaded) chicken, veggies
E: A run and putting together my schedule for weights/toning
Since we're being accountable here, I need to confess. I had a TERRIBLE attitude last week and was in a funk. It cost me nearly 3 lbs. I wasn't running, or eating right and it usually affects my mood. On to the next week!
