Food delivery for new mom?

I have a dear friend who just had a baby last week. If I was in town, I would make her a big batch of lasagna. But, I can't, so I was wondering if any of you know of some place that could deliver something like that? Like a frozen lasagna or casserole, something that could be frozen/reheated easily? I know you can order croissants from Williams-Sonoma, but I was thinking of something a little more hearty. And I don't want to send a hot meal from a restaurant, I want something that they can eat up at their convenience.

What about ordering something from Schwan's?  Isn't their stuff frozen?  I haven't had any of their food in YEARS so I'm not sure if it is any good.

Thanks for the suggestion! I looked at the Schwan's website, and the photographs don't look very appetizing, so that doesn't seem too promising to me. Too bad Central Market won't deliver, or I'd send over some of their prepared meals!

Is she in the DFW area?  Maybe try a gift card to Super Suppers?  I don't know if they deliver, but it's a place where you can pick up prepared casseroles/entrees and just have to heat it up.

Papa Murphy's Take and Bake Pizza has fresh ready to bake lasagna.  You can also get garlic cheese bread and a number of other things all fresh and ready to bake. Even cookie dough.  Anything I've had from there is very good! Not sure if they will deliver but it's worth a try.

Banana,Where are they located?  You can buy pizzas from either Campisi's or Zu Roma's that are ready to freeze.  Campisi's is in Dallas on Mockingbird.  Zu Roma's does delivery but they are in the Grapevine area.  Also, Zu Roma's has a special every Monday nigth:  buy one large pizza, get one free. If you called, both might be able to do lasagna for you.  My family loves the lasagna with meat sauce but their red sauce is amazing too!

There's a place near Preston and Royal but I haven't been there in awhile. Can't remember the name but they had frozen casseroles. Wait! And I know a place but I don't think they deliver. It's called Festive Kitchen. There is one in Richardson and they have casseroles, cookies all sorts of things that are frozen and gour met that you can cook. I can't remember where it is. Maybe off Arapaho? Do you have a friend who could pick it up and deliver for you?

I don't know if there's one near them but Magnolia Bakery does dinners for two or more.  They look pretty good.
