I can't get it to open, but I did read your original post over on IF. 
I have BCBS of MA and according to them, I had a lifetime coverage of 5 IVFs. So even though I had a different policy covering 3 of my IVFs, I still only can do 2 more through BCBS with their coverage = up to 5 total. 

I am sorry that this may not be exactly what you wanted to hear, but that is how it was explained to me. I would however call them directly and see if the same wording is on your plan and see if there is anything you can do.
