My fiance and I are getting married October 12 next year at a local park. The ceremony and reception will be in the same place, which is causing me some stress when it comes to the logistics of setting up, especially since his large family has pushed our guest list over the 200 mark tho we expect fewer than that to show up.
I'm a bit of a control freak and want this all figured out as soon as possible, which means I need to start working with vendors ASAP. My question is have any other of you already started booking rentals, catering, etc...? I really want to have it all done and over with, but I don't know if it's too early.
