One of my favorite memories is finding out my cousin is pregnant! Unfortunately, this opens a large door of potential issues for our wedding, since she's due 10 days before and she's a BM, her husband is a GM, and her father is the photographer... On the plus side, I guessed before anyone even knew! I sent her a text asking if she was as I had a suspicion and all she said was "you're crazy!" But then apologized yesterday because they hadn't told their parents yet lol

Another favorite memory is the fact I spent my first Christmas with FI (last year I flew home to be with my family), and had my first Christmas Eve Polish dinner lol They are Polish and Catholic and have this tradition of passing around a wafer thing that tastes like cardboard, and when it gets to you, you're supposed to break off three pieces (although we were only breaking off one), and FI's cousin would always say "Be good to me" when it was broken off. However, to me, he said "always fix my computer" because I work in IT at the same company as him and have helped him with it before lol

Favorite gift I got was probably my LL Bean coat and mittens from my family. It's hard to choose though, because really, I love everything! From FI, I love my two new Pandora charms A cat and an owl.

Favorite gift I gave...hmmm...probably the massager/butt warmer thing for FI to put in his car because he's always whining about his lack of heated seats lol

Favorite Memory: When my FI's Grandma got one of those fake butterflies as a gift (the ones you tap the top of the jar and it flies around like its real) and my FMIL just looked amazed as she watched her mom tap the jar. Then a few minutes later my FMIL asked everyone how long the butterfly will live in the jar with no air?? haha I thought it was so cute that she thought it was cute.

Favorite gift I got: First off I loved everything I got and am so thankful for everything. But my favorite gift out of everything would have to be the new coffee maker my parents got for my FI and I! They got us so much stuff for when we get married and for our new home!! The coffee maker though is so nice and it's a big one so we won't have to use my mini coffee maker I already have. I was just so happy with all of the household gifts they got us!

Favorite gift I gave: I loved giving my mom her gift. It was a handmade wreath that my roommate taught me how to make and not only do I love that I put time into it to make it special, but it was also great how much my mom loved it. She put it up in our house right away!

Favorite memory - sitting around the table with FI's family playing an edition of Trival Pursuit that was much older then myself then watching the Packers trump the Bears.

Favorite gift - probably my FMIL making a scrapbook of our E-pictures for us with the pages being in our colors for the wedding.

Favorite gift gave - I haven't been able to give it to my dad and step-mom yet because of them living in IA and we didn't visit but we are giving them gift cards for a date night - a gift card to Red Lobster, on top of a gift card to Harley and something woodsy for the house.

Favorite Memory-Finding out his sister is expecting and is due in June so no conflict with wedding yea! We are jewish but always spend Christmas together as a family and it was nice being with my family and my FI.

Favorite Gift I got- My mom got me new uggs that I had been wanting for months and also my FMIL got us a pottery barn gift card since we just bought a house!

Favorite Gift I Gave- We do a secret santa kinda thing with my family and I had my cousin who just had a baby and I got her and her husband a gift card to a resturant and a certificate to have me babysit for free one night!

Favorite memory: Spending Christmas Eve hanging out with my parents, FI, my brother and SIL, and SIL's parents, which has become a fun new tradition. Also celebrating earlier that day with FI's family and his adorable 2 y.o. neice who is just the cutest thing.

Favorite Memory: Well, I had quite a bit of wine on Christmas day, and it was fun Really though, I loved that this was the first year my FI was included in the family name-pick gift exchange- it made things feel so much more real.

Favorite gift I received: FI and I received two door mats, one for Halloween and one for Christmas, both with our last name on them I am so excited to use them, and am more excited that they have our new family name on them

Favorite gift I gave: I gave an engagement picture to my grandma (for her 'grandkids' picture wall in her house), mom and dad for their offices, and my Godfather. For my Godfather I also had the picture taken of us at my graduation a week ago. WIth each picture I gave a really sentimental card thanking each for their love and support throughout the years. I love giving sentimental gifts, so I couldn't wait until these gifts were opened.

^^^It was the first year my FI was in the family gift exchange too! Definitely makes it feel "official."

My favorite memory: A tie between getting and decorating our first tree and opening our first gifts to each other after midnight on Christmas Eve (we got each other mugs!) and then going to bed. It's the first time we've really had our own place to have these things. Just having our own stockings to fill was so much fun!

My favorite gift I received: Well, we got an upright Hoover vacuum cleaner from his parents that we were in desperate need of having two cats and nothing but tiny stick vacuums for two floors of house! I haven't even gotten to use it yet because once my fiance put it together, he went on a cleaning spree

My favorite gift given: Probably the "husband" I got for my future husband- he always has piles of pillows around him on the couch to use as arm rests and such so I just got him the pillow with arm rests! He totally never saw it coming, even though we've commented on how he needs one for months.
