Race for the Cure

Is anyone doing the 5k at North Park for Race for the Cure on Oct 17th? My work pays for us to do it but I don't think any of my work friends can make it and I want a jogging or walking buddy, heck I will even try to run it... Just seeing if any of you ladies are participating!

I will be walking in the Race for the Cure the following week-end in New Orleans on October 25th alongside my mother, who is a breast cancer survivor (8 years and counting).   No matter the location, it's all for a good cause.   Because of the commitment of you, I and countless others in supporting the cause (including fundraising), no one has to fight cancer alone.   I will be cheering for you and all the other knotties on that day.

I may be interested too! Our work pays for us to do one per year and we did the one in Plano earlier this year. We have a coworker here who is going through chemo now.
