Has anyone worked with Austin Ranch in Grapevine or know of someone who has? I really like the wedding packages they sent me, but I'm having a hard time getting an appointment to see it and the woman I've been talking to doesn't seem to want to help much, but I'm wondering (hoping, maybe?) if it's just a fluke. It just concerns me when I ask if she's ever available after 5pm and she responds with "I'm available until 3 pm today then leaving town until Tuesday."
