One time I invited a friend from work to some event I planned and she had to decline because she had a raid planned that night with her guild. o_0I love games, but you have to get some human interaction on.Before I started playing, I felt the same way about that "excuse".But if you say you are going to raid with your guild, that's like making a coffee date with a group of friends. You need so many people "working together" to do certain things in game which after reaching maximum level is the fun part of the game. I know I didn't realize how rude it was to back out on something you said you would attend JUST because it was online people before I started playing. At the same time, it is possible to say(if you say you'll be there on certain days or whatever) hey I wanted to let you know ahead of time that I won't be here for the raid this week. It's not just you playing by yourself in WoW. I mean it CAN be but if you want to do the more fun things it requires 5, 10, 25, and even 40 people all working together on something. If I ever say that to my friends I always clue them in that it's not just me deciding to stay home...I made a "date" with 4, 9, or 24 other people to be there. Sometimes there aren't backups and raids could be called because people that were supposed to show up don't.I am sure this is going under "I don't need to know that" for some but I just wanted to explain it for those that look down or judge their friends for doing something because they just aren't aware of the whole aspect of it.So sorry it's long but I'm not sorry for talking about WoW in depth again. Because I used to judge David in the beginning when I was clueless about it except that it was ALL HE DID. He is much better now though.

LOL Apple don't worry about me, I found that interesting.   I was actually more referring to discussion that I don't understand like servers, avatars, and technical stuff.  That is like talking Japanese to me! :)

On Letterman: Like seriously, why be shocked that an uber-wealthy celebrity had sex outside of his marriage? For all we know, he and his wife have an understanding of some sort...Maybe they both sleep around. Maybe she is compensated in some way that appeases her.Not my business.

Did anyone see that Spencer Pratt is "barely having sex with Heidi" because he's afraid she may go off BC and not tell him? Something is very wrong there.

Uh, yeah, and Spencer bought Heidi a puppy to appease her since her baby fever is so crazy.

"Barely having sex."  That phrase makes me laugh.  I think it's because when I think about it I don't think of a couple that rarely has sex, but a couple that has a tiny bit of sex every time they do.  Like Barbie and Ken doll sex--they just lay on top of each other, not moving.  Or even just a tiny bit of movement, then he jumps off and shouts "There, I'm done!  Stop it!  Leave me alone!" A couple who has not discussed and at least kind of agreed on babies and timing before they get married has deeper issues than just that. /rant

Letterman got married in March. That's what I thought.  So supposedly all this other stuff happened like 2 years ago right?  I'm not trying to justify it, but I think it's ridiculous to come out years later trying to drag someone's name through the mud and get some money out of it.

I just like to play along.  I'm going crazy this afternoon.  It's absolutely dragging and that beautiful blue sky outside my boss' window is calling my name.
