How did you all do with diet and exercise this week?
I got in 4 workouts this week 2 cardio and 2 strength training.  Food was relatively healthy managed to avoids sweets and alcohol which is a huge plus for me.
The challenge comes now, I'm boarding a plane to London for the week.  Need to make sure I stay on track.  First fitting is the Monday I get back.
