Okay ladies - I had a good/bad week so I thought I would share the news!
Monday I ended up in the ER with an allergic reaction to something, no one is quite sure to what. They are putting the blame on some change in meds that I had over 3 weeks ago but....
So after the drama at the start of the week, I find out Wed that I won a contest for a free DOC (day of coordinator) from Grand Jour Events (see blog mention
http://grandjourevents.blogspot.com/ - you have to scroll down a bit) It's a $350 package that covers the day of our wedding. Tammara with Grand Jour Events will be our go to person for vendor questions, problems, set up and take down. I'm pretty excited, not gonna lie! All we have to do is say yes!
Second, I found my dress! Last night I went with FMIL and two BM's to a dress shop I visited last year. I have been shopping for a couple of weeks but haven't been able to get one dress out of my head. I went back last night to put it on and I knew I was done as soon as I walked out of the dress room door. The dress just feels "right". I def was not crying or anything but I couldn't get over how HAPPY the dress made me. I know a couple of you girls have already found your dress and I'm sure you get me
. I'll try and post some pics but we were sneaking them so I don't know how great they came out.
