I've gotten a few vendors already booked (photographer, transportation, tent rental, florist, DJ) but...
How do I start looking for a caterer? I just would like to have a BBQ buffet so that will automatically limit my selection of vendors.
How are you finding a caterer? Do you start by doing tastings and then get a quote?
