Halloween Costumes?

Probably separate this year just bc we don't have money to buy new ones. So I'm using my fairy costume or my Goldilocks costume. Don't know what he is going to do though.Unless he can find a bear costume...but he hasn't had any luck in the past.

Oh and last year we went as Little Red Riding Hood and he went as The Big Bad Wolf! It was so fun!

I think we're going to be a bride and groom LOL  With the wedding and honeymoon, we will just be getting back right before Halloween so we probably won't get to do too much this year.

I'm thinking about being Starchild (Paul Stanley) from KISS. It's a cheaper costume option. I just wish I had friends that would dress up as the other 3. That would be sweet.I really want this vampire costume online, but it's around $70. That doesn't even include accessories I would need. Meh. I think Aaron wants to be Indiana Jones.

My friends and I have costume parties at least twice a year (once being at Halloween).  I think the theme for this year's is Gods and Heros, so I'll either wear a sheet (toga) or find an inexpensive superhero/villian costume.  Maybe a catsuit, whip and ears?

Two years ago we were Wednesday Addams and Uncle Fester, and it was a big hit. Last year we were Duff and Mary Alice from Ace of Cakes and nobody got it.

I will be the Bride of Rankenstein (having a shirt made) and he will be wearing a lab coat with Rankenstein on the back.  We're both carrying jars with floating eyeballs.  If there is ever a baby, he/she will wear a shirt that says "Rankenstein's Little Monster".

Maykious--You might want to check before you get a superhero costume, that they don't mean mythical heroes like Achilles, Odysseus, Hercules, etc. (to go with the Gods theme).

Wow! The Duff and Mary Alice costume is great!Jay is going as Edward Cullen--complete with Body Glitter.I'm not sure what I want to do--possibly bridezilla or a zombie bride.I really wanted to go as Kate Gosselin, but I don't know if anyone my age would get it!Roommates are going as Joe Jonas and Taylor Swift. Maybe I should be Kanye?

A couple years ago FI and I did Brangelina, it was pretty funny. We carried around as many baby dolls as we could find, I put fake tats all over my arms and FI wore a "I Hot Mom's shirt with aviators. Neither of us look anything like them, but it was still fun!

...Ok...so now I'm hoping we get moved into the house and can have trick or treaters and I wish I could pull off the Bella/Edward thing...that would hilarious.  But none of the little kids would really get it.

Haha--Bella is too boring for me, but pictures will be posted of Jay--I promise.I don't know--maybe Kate Gosselin and Edward Cullen would make a great couple--we could smear a couple baby dolls with blood around their mouths.

Marissa, you should be Bella. All you would have to do is just look confused.I love it!  I had a love/hate relationship with those books.  Definitely hated the movies.  Although I'll still probably watch them.Cheryl, I know they mean "superheros."  There are actually two sets of friend groups in there and one had decided to do comic books and the other simultaneously decided to do Ancient Greece, Rome, mythology...etc.  Maybe I'll go Egyptian, just to be different.  FI is working out so he has an excuse to go topless.  But thanks for the warning!Bananna, I LOVE your Duff and Mary Alice costume!  I would totally have gotten it.

Sadly, DH has a recording session on Halloween, so I don't have any plans as of yet. We've always talked about dressing up as a team from Legends of the Hidden Temple on Nickelodeon, but we've never quite gotten around to it - although we do both have green monkeys shirts. Given that it's a pairs costume, if I go out I'm not sure what I'd be.

Banana, I would have gotten you guys being Duff and Mary Alice! lol. I'm thinking about going as Juno and Stephen going as Paulie Bleeker. hahaha. That or we'll act like 2 12 year olds and go as High school musical. Maybe the little kids will at least get that one lol
