What kind of flowers are those in your bridal portrait bouquet? Roses? I'm trying to find a way to tie in a red bouquet for me with pink bouquets for the bridesmaids since I'm wearing red shoes, I see you're doing the same... any ideas?

Yes, we used roses and some carnations. I wanted to have red and hot pink in my bouquet, to tie in with my girl's bouqets, which will be hot pink and light pink. I'm wearing red shoes as well (red being our main color), so I'm making sure to tie it in as well as I can.Oh and my mom put this bouquet together for me. She got all the flowers the day before my pictures at Wal-Mart!

The bouquet looks awesome, your mom did a great job! It looks like we're going for similar flowers (for the personal flowers anyway) so I can't wait to see how your wedding turns out!

Thank you... my mom is a woman of many talents. If you look in my bio at my shower pictures, she did the cakes. Loved them!I originally wanted all peonies for the wedding, but they're not in season in November, so I decided to go with roses and carnations (cheap filler flowers). I was thinking of incorporating orange roses in there too, but my BM's dresses are red and my MOH's dress is Tiffany blue...I didn't know how well they'd go together. Anywho, yes take any ideas from my flowers after the wedding. I'd love that =)
