When to send out invites...

For an August 11 wedding, when should invites be sent out? RSVP date is July 11.

if you follow the 8 week rule of thumb, I believe June 16th would be when you should send them out...I am sending mine out just a little early (because cheesy as it is, our first date ann. is june 4 so i'm celebrating being with him for 2 years by mailing out our invitations)

I'd send them out mid-June (8 weeks prior). TK says 3 months, but that's too long in most cases.

We have an Aug 17th wedding planned, I think Im sending mine out mid to late June...The RSVP date is July 20th
