Need help on overlays

I ordered one silver organza overlay from efavormart to be able to see what it's like.  I don't know material super well but pretty sure it's a lot stiffer than it should be.  Not to mention, the color is really light.  I was kinda hoping for a darker silver.  Anyone order organza overlays from somewhere and totally impressed with them?  I don't really want to order one and pay for shipping from more places if I can get a good review from someone.  Also, I am kinda confused now on whether I want organza or satin.  Any inputs would be great!  I am looking for a dark silver.  My next try would be from this place but not sure since I don't want to get another stiff sample.  UGH

If you want solid color I would nominate a satin or taffeta overlay. Organza is sheer by nature and will the color will "wash out" when placed on top of a white/ivory table cloth and just give a little hint of color. If you really wanted you could layer more than one but then it wouldn't be any cost savings to you.

I agree with PP. Organza is very sheer, so if you were looking to do a darker silver you might want to try satin. I originally thought I wanted organza too, but after seeing it on the table, it wasn't enough of that "pop" of color that I wanted.

I think you ladies might be right.  I did find a company who would send me samples.  Your Chair Covers out of California are sending me a sample of their dark silver organza and satin.  The silver from efavormart just doesn't show up so I am wondering if the dark silver color might make any difference.  If not, taffeta or satin it is.
