Sleeping Arrangements

Am I the only person planning to sleep at home with FI the night before our wedding?  Is that unusual?  I am planning on getting ready with my girls at our house and he'll be gone by that time, but I didn't see the big deal in seeing each other that morning before getting ready.

We are doing this too. Neither of sleeps well when the other is not there so why put ourselves through a bad nights sleep before such a busy day is what we think.

We both slept at home. After I left to get my hair done I didn't see him until our first look.

I am very traditional, so we slept apart last night and he won't see me until I walk down the aisle today!

We spent the night before together in a hotel and then went to breakfast the next morning. Then he dropped me off at the hair salon (when I relaized I'd forgotten my hair flower which was to be the marker for where my veil went in...) and he had to get it for me from our hotel. When he said he was looking to drop off something for the bride, one of the ladies at the salon grabbed the flower and shooed him away before he could spot me in the chair, lol. The next time he saw me was when I walked down the aisle. 

Like PP said, we don't necessarily sleep great when we're apart so we decided if there was ever a time we needed a good night's rest it would be the night before our wedding!

We both slept at home but he slept on one floor i slept on the other and we avoided eachother all day. He was very insistent on keeping that tradition. Now I'm on my way to the ceremony!!! Weather is beautiful.

<div>We are doing exactly this. Been living together 3 years now. Would be too weird sleeping apart. It's gonna be hard enough to get some shut eye the night before as it is! I actually can't wait to wake up just us two for an hour and have breakfast together before going our separate ways. It will probably be one of the only moments we get to ourselves the entire day!</div>

Fiance is very traditional so I am going to stay the night before with my sister at the hotel she is staying at, and he won't get to see me until I walk down the isle. Actually that works out great, since my sister is studying in Hungary right now and I haven't seen her in a year...time to catch up. Also, she is staying at the same hotel where the reception is at....so I can drop of some stuff. I am going to miss honey man though

I stayed at the hotel the night before, but in the morning on the way to hair I stopped at home to say good morning!

We slept at home the night before and the night of the wedding. I don't think its unusual.

We spent the night together. He saw me after my hair/make up trial, so we weren't worried about seeing each other at all that day - we even spent a few minutes together before I got dressed. One of the things I love the most about my HUSBAND is that he calms me down! My mom hypes me up, so I definitely needed those few minutes with him!
