So I'm thinking for the whole August Bride Weight Loss thing, I could post something every Monday (or rather Sunday night for Monday reading) with a goal or tip or something and then we'll check in here every Monday. Any other suggestions- feel free - I'm only taking control cuz I need to start now LOL
Anyway, this is our first week, so lets do something simple - Small Steps. Park further away & walk, cut down on soda or other junk you know you have wayyy too much off, take a walk around the block. The basics. And prepare because soon these challenges will get harder! LOL
