My experiences at David's Bridal!

Everytime I go to a David's Bridal we have bad help! I "liked" them on Facebook the other day and wrote on their wall stating that I was disappointed in the service I recieve when I go there, and it wasn't just one time at one store, but 3 times at 3 stores!

Visit number one: My first visit at David's Bridal was at the Strongsville (in Cleveland,OH). I made an appointment for me and 3(out of 5) of my bridesmaids to try dresses on. We didn't recieve much help, in fact we had very little help since we dn't even know what our consultant looked like. My bridesmaids and my mother had to be the ones to go and look for dress sizes for me, my one bridesmaid was the one helping me in and out of trying dresses on. I had two dresses that I really liked and they did hold them til later in the evening for me. I did return back, with my Mom and Grandma. While there we did recieve much better help and I successfully did purchase (put on layaway), my wedding dress. I'm not sure of the exact date, but I believe it was in Januaray.
Visit number two: This time I went to a different David's Bridal, we decided to go to the North Olmsted (in Cleveland, OH) store. It was Super Bowl Sunday and I wish I could say I had better visit, but it was WORSE! I went in again with my Mom, and 3 of my Bridesmaids. This time we had no help what so ever! We were assigned a girl, but she never came around. The plan was to have ALL my bridesmaids try dresses on, but since we weren't recieving any help and I was the one running for dress sizes, my one bridesmaid who previously tried dresses on had to stop trying on and help me run to get sizes. I did so much running around that it wasn't an enjoyable experience, it was so hard for me to get a chance to really see what the dresses looked on the girls. We walked out very disappointed and empty handed.
Visit number three: This visit was this past Saturday, August 20th back at the North Olmsted store (closer to my house.) I called about 3 weeks ahead of time to make an appointment for one of my Bridesmaid, who's actually my Maid of Honor. We arrived for our appointment right on time, at 2:30pm. The lady called someone to come help us, but after making us wait for about 10 minutes for no one to show, the lady at the desk asked if we had a dress in mind and I told her there is one under my name and she looked it up and went to pull it to get us started. She put the dress in a room my Maid of Honor tried it out, her sister and to help zip her up and we decided we didn't like it. So her sister and I went on the hunt. Again, I was on the run in the store looking for sizes and dresses! I sat on the FLOOR while my bridesmaid tried on dresses and her sister zipped her up . After about the 5th dress, we decided on one for her. We got her dress bought and ordered no thanks to any workers!
I plan on making yet another appointment for September 17th, gonna give the David's Bridal in Strongsville another go and I am dreading it! Already plan on wearing my running shoes!
Sincerly,
Lauren
