I'm sorry if this is a repeat, but I know a few of us are starting to use MyFitnessPal.com for health goals. I just got back from a Disney vacation of binging on too much food for a week and I need to get it in gear! I can't just wait til 'after the holidays' because I might explode by then!

My goal is to lose 15lbs which would be most realistic, 20lbs would be ideal, and I need to find an exercise that I love. I've tried yoga, zumba and P90X and haven't fallen in love with anything yet. I want to try boxing and pilates and also stop donating to the gym and actually use my membership!!
