Weight Loss Check In

Sooo here we are again... how did you all do this week? 
Good news? Bad news? Tips? Challenges? etc...

What are you girls thinking we should try to work on for this week?
I'm thinking work on getting in some form of exercise (even if its just 10min) each day.... how's that sound?

I'm ECSTATIC to say that I've lost 6 lbs this week. I've walked to and from work everyday and have watched what I have been eating. Haven't exercised but that's why I want to start that this week.
