I have one MOH and two bridesmaids.. that means there's only three maids and me. so there's going to be awkward, assymetrical pictures one maid, then me, then the other two maids. has anyone seen good pictures of a bride and three maids?

haha i freaked out about this too since I have the same setup. 3 guys and 3 girls, plus bride and groom. I figured we would do a lot of 'in a line' photos, and informal 'cluster' photos rather than pairs on each side of me/us.  if that makes any sense =P

I never even thought about this as I am having the same size party. So i guess it doesn't bother me that much, I just wanted the most important women standing next to me.

I am having 3 bridesmaids and only 1 groomsman and am not worried about the uneven sides, or any of it at all.  My FI picked his and I picked mine.  :-)  We are cool with it!

I literally have never counted or noticed people's wedding party in pictures.  I think that we get too caught up in it without realizing... they are just picutres that happen to be at your wedding.  No one judges if there are different numbers or an odd # of people (odd as in not even,  that is!).

I have 3 too, I dont think it matters its who you want up there with you and if you only have 3 then I know it will turn out Beautiful : )

Thank you all! You're comments are really encouraging I like the "in line" photos with the bridesmaids and me. And you're right, there's are the three woman that I want standing with me. I woudn't want it any other way

I am a bit OCD about symmetry and I too am having 3 bridesmaids. FI has 3 groomsmen and there is likely to be 1 usher. I always thought I'd have 4, but it was more important for me to pick people I felt close to rather than ask someone (who I'm not as close with) just so that it can by symmetrical. I have to remind myself sometimes that no one else but me will care or even notice.

We are having 3 BMs and 3 GMs (BM and MOH included), and 6 ushers (4 male, 2 female... long story).. We weren't worried about symmetry but we will probably do cluster and in line photos as well.. 

One idea, include your flower girl and ring bearer in pictures to "even it up" a bit?  Yes they will likely be much smaller but they could stand between two "big people" (meaning taller adults) and that could be cute!!
